4. Council Member  (at large) Phil Mendelson will discuss community concerns.
 
5.  Discussion about the need for a DO NOT ENTER sign for the 1800 block of 47th Place NW. This is currently being used as a cut-through between Reservoir Road and MacArthur Boulevard.  Neighbors have been in touch with DDOT, have petition and need ANC support. - Vickie Hicks, resident of 47th Place.
 
6. Discussion of Proposition 100 - a proposition that calls for Federal Government to pay for 100% of modernization of public schools.
 
6.  Report from Commissioner Shapley on impact of new budget cuts on our neighborhoods as well as new developments on trees and parks.
 
7.  Approval of minutes from March meeting
 
8.  Treasurers' report
