Jeff Black of Black’s Salt Fish Market and Café, 4883 MacArthur Boulevard and his architect will make a presentation on the design concept for the building.  (This is for information only, there is no need for a vote).

BZA #17139
- Linda and Thomas Waltz - 4529 Lowell Street NW. Special exception to allow an addition to an existing single dwelling not meeting the side yard requirements.

BZA #17144 - Ken Golding at 5519 Carolina Place NW asking for a special exception from rear-yard requirements to add a family room to the rear of a single family residence. The addition would project about four feet into the required rear-yard setback. With the addition, the house would still occupy only 33 percent of the trapezoidal-shaped lot (below the 40 percent maximum.)

Colleen Smith Hawkinson, DDOT Ward 3 Transportation Planner, will discuss submissions from the ANC over the last year on traffic improvement requests for roads, alleys and sidewalks in our ANC.
