applying for a variance from lot occupancy requirement, a variance from the
side yard requirements and a variance from the off-street parking
requirements to allow an addition to an existing fire and emergency medical
service facility
3. Chain Bridge Road Project – Morton Bender et. al is seeking a
special exception under section 2516 of the Zoning Regs to allow 13 detached
single family dwellings on a single subdivided lot, including approval of a
sixteen foot roadway under Section 2516.6 rather than a 25’ roadway in a
CBUT/R-1-A District on Chain Bridge Road.
