Community Concerns

 1)      BZA Application 17309 of Dorchester Associates LLC to allow thirteen detached single-family dwellings on a single subdivided lot, including approval of two sixteen-foot wide roadways rather than twenty-five foot wide roadways in the 2800 block of Chain Bridge Road, NW.

 2)   DDOT discussion of replacement of an outdated series circuit cabling system in a two-phased process to include upgrade and conversion of the existing street lighting series circuit system with an individually powered system in the Spring Valley area.

3)     DDOT review of outstanding requests for traffic calming studies, installation and removal of traffic signs and installation of Residential Permit Parking  from ANC 3D. 

    4)  Discussion concerning revision of current bylaws.
